Evercool SHDC-B Hard Drive Cooler
Introduction To be quite frank, case designs today just aren’t sufficient enough to cool off our hard disks. Sure, back in the time where 5400 RPM hard disks were mostly stocking our computers, hard disk cooling wasn’t a note worthy factor in after market cooling, but with 7200 RPM + drives a standard or when one possess multiple hard disks, hard drive cooling becomes a grabbing issue. Zalman CNPS 9500 Preview![]() Zalman CNPS 9500 PreviewAuthor: Bob Hunt Zalman has announced the release of the Zalman CNPS 9500 LED CPU Cooler. Zalman claims that the CNPS 9500 will outperform all other air-cooled CPU coolers as well as water-cooling systems while operating almost silently at the same time! The primary design feature of the Zalman CNPS 9500 is the patented "figure 8" shape of the heatpipes. The figure 8 shape produces the effect of up to 6 normal heatpipes with only 3! The ultra slim heatsink fans, that are located inside the ring of fins, are aerodynamically designed and are placed to optimize performance. Both of these factores produce the effect of minizing airflow resistance and reducing the weight of the CNPS 9500 while maximizing cooling efficiency and performance. Zalman plans to design and introduce a variety of Zalman CNPS 9500 coolers each with unique designs, specifications, and performance. Zalman CNPS 9500 Features

Nikao DragonFire Case Review![]()
Let me start off this review by saying that I am not a big fan of the new fad/style of ‘pre-modded’ cases. Most of them are either to glitzy, to cheap looking, or just plain look like garbage. I received an email from Bruce Young of Nikao Canada, mid afternoon on a Thursday, asking for my shipping address and telling me he would ship me out a case… I was a little shocked and pleasantly surprised when I heard a knock at the door the next morning at 9:00 am – there was a Purolator truck in my driveway and the delivery guy standing at my door with a case in his arms – now THAT is fast shipping!
