There comes a time in every young man’s life where he needs to venture away from the traditional computer cases. A time where he needs to let go of the boring old every day computer case. That’s where the Aspire X-Cruiser comes into play. Its sleek, yet simple design make this case the perfect case for anyone who is buying there first custom case to seasoned veteran. I thought long and hard weather or not to order a new case, and spent countless hours surfing the internet for the perfect one. When I stumbled upon the X-Cruiser, I knew it was the right case for me. I ordered it on the spot, and was not in any big hurry to have it shipped to me, so I put it on the basic 3-day shipping. At the end of day three I was getting a little antsy because my case had not come in yet, but sure enough on the fourth day it arrived. I got home from work around 10pm, and tore into the box, pulling out my new case. I sat the case on my table, and admired its beauty.

Scythe Ninja PLUS CPU Cooler

INTRODUCTION

In the competative market of heatsinks not only does a new product have to perform well, it never hurts to look good either. One thing that many heat sink manufactures tend to over-look is compatibility across systems. I would consider this aspect of compatibility for the heatsink in review as it's #1 selling point.

Scythe has been manufacturing computer parts for a solid 4 years, so they should have a pretty good idea what people are looking for when it comes to heatsinks. It is also apparent that they are a Japanese based company based upon the names of some of their system apperals. Katana Cu, Kamazo 3.5, and of course the product you'll be reading about now, the Ninja PLUS.

As you will read there are numerous advantages to this heatsink, but I was able to find a few setbacks along the way. So sit back, grab a cold bottle of BAWLS and get ready to be educated on all that is Scythe Ninja PLUS (SCNJ-1000P) CPU Cooler.

Well a few months ago I wanted to get Windows Media Center Edition on my computer. So I went out and bought my WinTV PVR-250 and a nVidia FX5200. Then came my perdictament. I installed Media Center Edition but when I would go to watch TV it would SPAZ! So I looked online for a while and had a quite a problem, I COULDN'T FIND A GUIDE TO FIX IT! The package ship with USPS from Pennsylvania and it still had a very decent shipping time. The box was small, just enough for the product, it was also wrapped with packing paper. From opening the box to exposing the sleeving container I knew I was in for a great final touch to my case. The container was small, but it sure held a punch. From opening the container the sleeving jumped out from all sides. Here are some pictures to show how it was packaged.

Installation

I am testing the products on a Samsung 191T 19" LCD monitor and a Lian Li PC-6070 computer case.

At first glace the Xoxide case strap seems too rudimentary and simple to hold twenty or more pounds of metal, chips (not the edible ones), fans, and heatsinks, but after careful testing the product is deemed sturdy and an excellent addition to any LAN party. I would have preferred a manual or some sort of documentation telling me what size cases and monitors the straps were compatable with, and possibly warranty information. I was surprised to find no additional space on either strap for LAN accessories, which might have been a good feature to have. I do not think the strap helped lighten the load as well, both items seemed to be equally as they would be without the strap installed.

Installation was easy, simply wrap the strap around the case, and clip the straps into place. This process was the same for the Flat Panel Travel Strap. I had to make sure the strap was extremely tight fitting, because otherwise the strap tended to shift when I attempted to pick up the monitor or the case. Once attached however, I had no gripes as both items were more easily transportable, but this solution would not be a viable option for long distance trips carrying the monitor or the case.

Logisys Fan Mouse Intro
So, you're playing your favorite computer game against your best friend.. You are down by a frag with 10 seconds left.. Your hands are sweating, you go for the kill and once you start shooting... Your hand slips off of your mouse.

Now if you had the Logisys Optical Fan Mouse, then it would be a totally different story. This Logisys fan mouse has a very cool, yet unique look to it. The first thing I noticed was the mirror finish on the sides. Then I looked at it closer and saw the vents and the holes on the top.. After all, the main feature of this mouse is the fan inside.

Logisys Fan Mouse Preformance

When I saw this package waiting outside for me I couldn’t believe the size of it!!! It was approx 20x12x8”. The keyboard itself safely inside it measures 18x8x1.5”. That’s a giant package for something little!! It was VERY well packed, and completely safe for the journey.
